Your child will not be a Chinese citizen because neither you nor your partner is Chinese, however he will be entitled to Filipino and your partner's citizenship. And also because you are out of status at the moment it would not be possible to arrange a hospital to give birth as you will face immediate deportation. The smart way is to surrender yourselves to Chinese authorities so at least you will be accomodated as a pregnant woman when giving birth.
