Do you mean the HK-Macau Ferry Terminal? The metro rides and public bus are both available.
1. Metro: From your hotel, you may walk about 200 meters eastwards along Boundary Street and turn right to Prince Edward Metro Station. Then you may take Kwun Tong Line to Mong Kok Station and transfer Tsuen Wan Line to Central Station. After that, you may catch the Island Line to Sheung Wan Station, Exit D. Upon arrival, you can find the terminal on the opposite Road. The ticket fare is HK$11.9/person and the whole trip only need around 30 minutes.
2. Bus: You may walk about 180 meters along Boundary Street and turn right for about 20 meters to Yee Kuk Street Nam Cheong Street Bus Stop. Then you may take bus no.914 to Macau Ferry, Connaught Road Central Bus Stop. Upon arrival, the ferry is just in front of you. This bus will take HK$9.3/person with the duration of around 35 minutes.
