What is the possibility of this relationship? Male Ox and Female Dog

What do you think of this pairing?

Ox Male, born February 23, 1973.
Female Dog, born September 29, 1970

Are they meant to be good friends? Ox states a romantic liking, Dog is uncertain and more cautious.

The compatibility of this couple is not so high because they have different characteristics. The male is not good at caring for others and could be too strict sometimes.
Being friends is better for this pair. They could make up for each other's shortcoming.

Very, very interesting.
So far, he seems to be a very caring person, thoughtful, and very well liked. How would the Ox be strict? That is very interesting as well as he is practicing a yogi lifestyle.
The Dog, female, is cautious and caring. My observation is that the two are like a harmonious sibling relationship. Caring and affectionate, but more like big sister to little brother.
