Transportation and Wutaishan

1. How can wie go from south railway station to the central station by public transport?
2. Where can we buy tickets for the bus to Wutaishan? When should we buy them? (The day before or just before departure). How can we get from central station to the bus station for the Wutaishan bus?

1. Do you refer to Taiyuan South Railway Station and Taiyuan Railway Station. If yes, you may take bus no.861 at South Railway Station (Platform B) to South Jianshe Road East Bingzhou Street Bus Stop. Upon arrival, you may walk about 750 meters ahead to the Central Railway Station.
2. You can buy the tickets at Taiyuan East Passenger Transportation Station, or you may ask a Chinese friend to help you book the tickets on line. You are advised to book the ticket in advance. From the Central Railway Station to East Passenger Transportation Station, you may take bus no.615 to East Passenger Station directly.
