I want to know if I will be able to have a good health this year.  Will I be  to buy a plot of land this year?

According to the prediction, you may get sick sometimes this year, but it is just minor illness. I highy suggest you sleep well and keep a balance between work and life in case your body gets weak. Big investments are not suggested. You may lose money in it. Do save money in case of unexpected expenses.
