taxi from tianjin railway station to the cruise port

I want to know where can I take a taxi from Tianjin Railway Station to the port cruise at 5am. Can I book it before my  arrival?  And how much does it cost aproximately?

Generally, you can find a taxi easily when you get out of the station. You can also reserve the taxi by dial the service line 96880. Is the port located at no.1001, Guanhai Avenue? If yes, the taxi fare is around CNY240-280 at 05:00.
