About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Does this trip qualify for the 72-hours-Transit Visum

Hi!
I booked a flight from Belgrade, Serbia to Doha on August 24th. There I will go through immigration to attend a meeting in the city and fly out Doha to Guangzhou at the 25th. I want to spend 2 days there before returning to Belgrade taking a flight via Doha on August 28th.
In my opinion it should qualify as I can prove my immigration stamp of Qatar and continue then to Guangzhou and from there to Serbia.

Hi, do you mean you will travel like Serbia-Doha-Guangzhou-Doha-Serbia? If yes, you won't qualify for the 72 hour free transit in Guangzhou.

You won't qualify for the 72 hour free transit in Guangzhou because Doha-Guangzhou-Doha is not a transit at all.

Hi Becky!
Thanks for your reply. I booked that routing because it was quite reasonable priced.
Its Belgrad - Doha on 24th. Then I stay in Doha for one day.
Then travelling Doha - Guangzhou (Stopover two days) to Belgrade (via Doha).
So in my opinion because of the stay in Doha it should count as Transfer....don´t you think?
