train/bus from hekou to wenshan, honghe

Hello, I would like to know if there are buses/ trains from Hekou to Wenshan, and then Wenshan to Honghe.  Please could you provide details such as website, company, schedules and prices.I am planning to enter Yunnan from North Vietnam and hoping to cover scenic spots in the south of Yunnan before reaching Kunming.  Do you have alternative routes for travels, including other places like Dali, Lijiang, etc.  Thank you.

1. As the information that I checked, there are buses departing from Hekou Passenger Transportation Station to Wenshan. In addition, there are buses from City Northern Transportation Center, Wenshan to Mengzi, Honghe. The ticket fare may be around CNY90/person. I am so sorry that the above message is the only information that I can get.2. As I remember, you can follow this route.Mile County – Puzhehei – Bamei – Yuanyang – Jianshui – Chengjiang – Dali – Lijiang – Shangri-La – KunmingHope you can have a nice trip!
