when i can get full time job? i was born in june 10 1976

good day, I just want to ask if i have luck to make a fulltiime in my current job..i have been working as partime for almost 2 years.it mean they are paying me per hour unlike my other colleguaes they are paying monthly and they are getting all benefits like air ticket health insurance.holidays.for me nothing.no work no pay.how many times i sked to hour hr if they can make me fulltime and give me visa .shes always answered i will ask to managing director and i will inform you but still im waiting for nothing.how many times i asked her whats the update.since last year month of augost i already asked.but till now ..fyi im husband visa here in dubai.i want to trnsfer my visa to the company thats why i ask help for my manager and hr..i have a luck to get a full time job.? and when it will happen.?thank you !!

Your luck will get better in December, but in the following several months you might not get any progress in your job. Please be patient and pay attention to your interpesonal relationships with your colleagues and your superiors.

but i did my best to my job .i worked harder.better than my fulltime.even my manager in my first department.she was pushing to make me fulltime.but they are just increase my salary..till the managing director transfer in jaoan and replace another in his position.the old managing director he said to my first managee that i am.under observation.since i joined in that company.i worked very hard.work and work..but till now they are not giving me a good oppurtnity..shall i change my work? i have luck if will apply to another company ?

and one more quetion please.i joined in raffle draw .i have luck for that raffle.i alwasy prayed hope so because lots of financial problem..thank you.

Yes, Ruby. You would have a better luck working in another company. So I suggest you change your job when you make sure that your present company will not give you chance to become fulltime.
You are not advised to put lots of money into the raffle.
