Are there shuttle from ZhengZhou Dong or West directly to The Terminal 2?

Do you mean the West or East Railway Station? There are shuttle buses to the airport from East Railway station.
It is located at the bus stop of Zone A. It operates during 09:30 to 20:00 with the interval of about 30 minutes. The ticket fare is CNY20/person.
