Electric mobile wheel chair is allow in bullet train?

My name is Mei. I'm living at Gold Coast (Australia). My husband (Alex) is sitting at electrical mobile wheelchair. He like to travel in china by bullet ride. Can his mobile wheel chair can be on board with him. If not, can he use the Manuel wheel chair on board but the mobile wheel chair possible go to the carriage with us. Do we need to pay extra charge for the wheel chair ? Please let me know which station will occupy by bullet ride then we can plain our trip. We will get on bullet ride at Hong Kong and both of us are holding HK citizenship. Or please give us some advise about the journey. What's the easy way for us. I am not sure about the electric mobile wheel chair, but the foldable is no problem for sure. I suppose the electic mobile one should be possible as well. Now most high speed rides have a wheelchair access carriage (maybe carriage No. 5). You may ask the station staff for help to arrange you at carriage No. 5 or arrange the wheelchair there.
