I want to know about chances of job change and careers for coming months.

I'm a horse sign born on 20 oct 1990. Currently there are alot of troubles going at my workplace since my work contract might not be renewed. What are the chances for my job change or continuing this job. Also i wanted to know in which direction my carrer will be heading.
