About:Chinese Embassy in Kuwait

French Passport and doctor university needs to attend a scientific conference in Shanghai

I am a doctor at the college of business administration, in Kuwait. I am travelling outside Kuwait and needs to apply for a visa to to attend a scientific conference in Shanghai

Can some one else fro the Univesity apply on my behaf and supply the consulate with the necessary documents? Dr Kamel Rouibah

Kamel, you cannot do that if you are not in Kuwait.

Thank you. I have cancelled my trip and will go by myself to apply for the VISA
