Holiday in China and then a Cruise from Tiajin to Hong Kong with stops in South Korea and Japan

Hi,
I am an Australian Citizen and will be going on holidays to China for 2 1/2 weeks and then taking a cruise from Tiajin to Hong Kong. Will be in Hong Kong for 2 nights. Will I need a multiple entry Visa to China?
