Sherif, usually, the age limit for male applicants is 18 - 60, but it's possible for you to get Z type. You can give it a try!

If you have a Residence Permit for work in Beijing (work Z type), you can have it extended at the moment.
If you don't have the work Z type, it will be almost impossible to apply for the residence permit for work from the first beginning.
