U are suggested to take a train from Henyang to ZJJ. Upon getting off, walk to ZJJ Central Bus Station. You can take a bus to Wulingyuan Scenic Area, where there are direct buses to the Grand Canyon. The train journey takes 8-9h. Buses to Wulingyuan take around 50min and it costs CNY12. And the duration to the canyon is 40min or so and the fare is CNY15.
