Jishou buses stations

Hello!
I have an information I would like you confirm because I'm very confused. I have seen that bus from Fenghuang to Jishou arrives at Jishou South, but bus from Jishou to Dehang departs from Jishou North. That's right? However, when I look for buses from Dehang to Jishou to go back appears simply "Jishou", no north, no south What does it mean? Is it easy to go from Jishou South to Jishou North? Thank you!
