Walk around 900 yards east to HK airport station and take bus cross-border coach, then get off at Zhongshan station, after that, walk 200 yard south to Zhongshan port passenger terminal station and take bus 001, get off at Lihe square station, then transfer to bus k01 at the same station, get off at Sihai department store station, your hotel will in your west sight within 100 yards.

from Zhongshan bus station, is there any taxi available & from there how far is the xindu hotel?

Well, upon your arrival at HKIA, go to terminal 2 to take the direct cross-border coach to Zhongshan and there are a couple of stops. It is fine to get off at any of them and take a taxi to Xindu Hotel directly. The general distance is 25km or so, and taxi is available along any street. Wish you a smooth trip!

how about going form hong kong airport to xiaolan by bus, as i heard xindu hotel & ruifeng will be much near to xiaolan.

Yes, you can take a taxi from the bus station to your hotel directly and the taxi fare may be around CNY130-150 in the day time.
