About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

I'm from Perlis , China visa only can apply at Kuala Lumpur ?

Do Penang have CVASC ?

Yes, Cindy, Penang has CVASC office. If the area where you reside belongs to the consular district of Penang CVASC, you can apply for it from there.
