About:S-BJ19B

I will be arriving into Beijing Capital Airport at 12:20 in T3 on Air Canada from Vancouver.

And have a connecting flight on China Eastern Airlines to Bali at 14:40. Is this enough transfer time to get to the other terminal and through customs? Will we need to claim our bags in custom and recheck them with China Eastern?
