I am a female born on August 28, 1984.

My family currently needs to buy a house or condo unit, unfortunately we have a very small budget. Is this a good time to buy or should we wait?

You should wait until next year, when the year of the Earth Dog will start. Even the year after that, 2019, will still be a fortunate time for you to buy a house. Good luck to you.

It is not a good idea to invest this year. Wait for the next year, and if then you would want to invest, it would be a different matter.
