I am over 18 years old.

Hello, I do have family in China, but my purpose does not include foster care, marriage or taking care of older relatives. In fact from what I saw, to the people over 18 years old, the only valid reason to entry China with the Q visa is if we have relatives with more than 60 years old that needs assistance.
What options do I have?
