I am arriving lanzhou airport on 14th July morning.

Kindly suggest me the cheapest conveyance for LZ university from airport.

Well, Lanzhou University has two major campuses.Which campus are you going to? If you are going to the Panxuanlu campus, take the airport express to Panxuan Road Oriental Hotel. Panxuanlu campus is on the opposite.
If you are going to Yuzhong campus, go to Panxuan Road Oriental Hotel by airport express. The Panxuanlu campus is on the opposite. Then you could take the school bus from the Panxuanlu campus to get to Yuzhong campus.
