About:How to Refund / Cancel a China Train Ticket

my gust kid cut my ticket into pieces

one of my neighbor kid cut my ticket into pieces .....I have 7 days ,my flight is Shijiazhuang to Brijing . what can I do now?

It is for flight or train? If for flight, do not worry, you have e-ticket in airport systerm. If for train, you'd better go to station and check in early, if refused, you need to report loss and get a new one.
