Hi! I entered Beijing the week before with a 72hs Free Visa.

Is there any restriction for entering two times to China this way? I would like to go to Shangai for the weekend

No, there is no any restriction for that. If you meet the requirement for the 144 hour visa-free transit in Shanghai, then you can use it this weekend.
