HI, i will stay at Sunworld Dynasty Beijing near Wangfujing.

Which line should I take from PEK?

Also, if i need to go to PEK 3AM in the morning, will taxi be reliable? Thanks.

I am afraid that there is no direct bus to your hotel at that time. You can take airport shuttle bus Xidan Night Line to Dongzhimen Stop first. The ticket fare is CNY30/person. Then you may take a taxi to your hotel at a cost of CNY25-30 at night.
If you take a taxi from airport to your hotel directly, the taxi fare will be around CNY100-120 at night.
