About:China Family Reunion Visa

I got married last year to a Chinese citizen and am planning to move there to live.

Right now I have a visa for multiple entries for the next ten years but I have to go somewhere out of the country every 180 days. Will Q1 visa let me stay more than 180 days? Thank you for your help. Liang
