As I know, you can take a shuttle bus at Xitang Bus Station. The last bus may depart at around 18:00.1

I am sorry that I didn’t get any information online about the bus from Shanghai Stadium to Xitang. However, there are many buses heading for Xitang from Shanghai South Long Distance Bus Station every day. It operates from 06:43 to 17:49. The ticket fare is CNY36/person.0
