Hi I just graduated from a university in China and I am married to a Chinese girl I wanted to know that is it possible for me to change my student visa to family visa without going back to my home country  thanks hope I can get a fast reply to my question

Hi, you can try to convert your current X type to the family visa at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can be done, there is no need to leave China.
