About:Guangzhou Metro

Where can I buy the first Yang Cheng Tong transportation card ?

Must it be from a specific station ? I will be staying in GZ city for 2 days, would like to go bai yun shan and doing some shopping and dinning, how much do you recommend to top up the YCT card ? ( Bernard from Singapore )

As I know, you can purchase a Yangchengtong Card in most 7 Eleven, Yangchengtong Convenience Store and the Service Center of Yangchengtong, such as Zoo Metro Station, Huadiwan Metro Station, East Railway Metro Station, Hanxichanglong Metro Station… Well, I have no idea will you will start, so I cannot make sure how much it will take you when you take public transportation. You can deposit CNY20-30 for the first time. If it’s not enough, you can top up in most 7 Eleven and Yangchengtong store. If it’s too much, you can also get it back when you refund your card.
