winter huanglong

Question

Generally,  it is said Huanglong National park is closed in winter due to icy road condition. However I found some blogs which says they were successful visiting Huanglong in winter. Is it possible to visit Huanglong if road condition is good from Songpan airport? What is the possible transportation? Are there any public buses between Songpan and Huanglong during winter season?

Well, it is possible to visit there in winter and you can take a direct bus to the scenic spot when you get out of Jiuhuang Airport. The ticket fare is CNY22/person.
