Do you refer to Meihekou?
As I know, you can take the airport shuttle bus to CC Railway Station first. Then you can take a train from CC Railway Station to Meihekou directly. It departs at 15:18, 17:02 and 22:08. The duration is around 5 hours. It will cost CNY41.5/person for a hard seat.1
