About:China Transit Visa

Questions for Iraqi passport

Travel transit to dubai. Does an Iraqi passport holder need the G visa to transit through China for an 18 hour layover? Is it possible to exit the airport?

Nicholas, if so, you don’t need a transit G type. You can use the 24 hour direct transit. You can leave the airport as long as you apply for a temporary stay permit which is free of charge at the airport.
