Hassan, if you post your application to HK immigration department to apply for it, it costs HKD190 per person. The required documents for HK tourist visa include copy of passport, residence permit in Dubai, a recently-taken passport-style photo, a fully completed application form, travel itinerary, flight tickets and accommodation arrangement.
