My flight arrives Pudong airport at 7.15 am.

Can anyone advise what is the most convenient (fastest means of transport to Suzhou?

You can take the airport shuttle bus line 1 to Hongqiao Railway Station first. Upon arrival, you can take a high speed train to Suzhou Railway Station directly. The whole trip will take around 2 hours.
