About:China Private Visit Visa

Can a S2 visa be used for a visit to a friend

I have a friend who I want to visit who is on a resident permit. Am I able to apply for the S2 type. my visit if for 7 weeks

Based on what you said, I’m afraid you can only apply for a tourist L type for China to visit your friend.
