But the passport with my work permit expired and i took a new one with my married  surname on the new passport.So when i want a visa what are the requirements

Nozipho, if you go to China for sightseeing purpose, you need to provide a filled-out application form affixed with a passport-style photo, your passport and its photocopy, residence permit or valid visa and its copy for South Africa, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation.
