You can take bus no.11 Inner Ring to Fulihuayuan Bus Stop first. Then you may walk 150 meters ahead to West Lanxin Road and turn left for 150 meters to Tobacco Company Bus Stop. Afterwards, you can take bus no.6 to Guancheng Scenic Area Bus Stop where you can see the scenic spot directly.2
