How to get to taitung from taoyuan airport by train?

I think there should be a ride in the morning from Taoyuan Station to Taitung, not a high speed one. Or you may take bus from the airport to Taipei Station first, about 1 hour on the way, and then from Taipei to Taitung. There are more departures from Taipei
