About:China Tourist Visa

Finding a Job in Shanghai

I am planning on getting a job teaching english in Shanghai and have already booked a flight out. which type of visa should i get and how should i explain this to them?

Hi, you can apply for a tourist L type for that.

A tourist visa L doesn't allow you to work in China, it's illegal.
You need to apply for a working visa.
