Using the combo tickets of Oriental Pearl TV Tower on two different days.

Hi, I will be visiting Shanghai in a week's time. I would like to know if the oriental pearl tv tower combo ticket, which includes the cruise on Hungpu river, can be used on two different days. For example, can I buy the ticket, climb the tower, and then take the cruise on the following day/night by using the same ticket?
