Kai Tak Pier to Kowloon MTR

I am on a cruise docking at Kai Tak I am wanting to go to Kowloon Airport express to book luggage in for my flight later that day, are there shuttle buses available.

You can take a ferry to North Point (East) Ferry Pier first. Then you can take bus no.A11 at North Point Ferry Pier Bus Stop to Western Harbour Crossing Toll Plaza Bus Stop. Upon arrival, the Kowloon Station is in your walk distance.
