I am facing the same issue, my passport place is Ghaziabad

I have this query that is it possible to get hong kong visa in 20 days, One of my friend is travelling to Hong kong and I am giving my all documents to him because of Indian bank DD problem and I hope I will get my reference number once I my all documents will be submitted there.

So anyone did this before, please help me.
