How long (in time) is the travel from Guangzhou East Railway Station to West Railway Station?

Do I make reservation?

You can take metro line 1 to Yangji Station and transfer metro line 2 to Xicun Station, Exit A. Afterwards, you may walk about 500 meters to the West Railway Station. The entire trip will take around 40 minutes.

It is Line 5 Instead of line 2

As I know, you should take metro line 1 and then transfer to line 5 at Yangji, get off at Xichang from Exit F, then east for about 800 yards, you will get there. And it may take 40 minutes.
