About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

hi Im currently in china and i only have M visa and im also currenlt hired by a company

And already signed a contract is it possible to get the Z visa without going back to philippines?

Michael, it's possible for you to convert your current M type to the work Z type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can be done, there is no need to leave China. You can try it!
