Would a Scorpion Tiger be compatible with a Cancerian Rooster?

There is this guy whom I like and he's so cheesy but i can feel that he does not want a long term relationship since he broke up with his girlfriend(5 years relationship) last 2 years ago. We had an agreement to wait for each other but is it worth the risk to wait for him? He is born in November 7, 1986 and I was born in June 27, 1993.

You both will be a complementary pair with each other. Whether you will wait for him depends on whether he loves you or not. If he does love and care about you, you may try to accompany he to go out of the shadow of the last relationship and develop yours. If not, you may keep moving to find your Mr. Right. Best wishes!

Scorpio and Cancer sun signs are perfect for one another. Tiger and Rooster are perfect for one another. The Water puts off the fire; therefore your yearly elements are not compatible. This may explain why he doesn’t come straight to you and fulfill his promise, seeing that he ended his relationship with the other woman 2 years ago. I’m sure your agreement was verbal. You should know that only legal agreements are binding. My advice to you is to confront him, and remind him of his earlier promise to you.
