Can I still use a passport photo 2" x 2"

I am being told by our visa service (CIBT) that now I must have a photo 48mm x 33mm. I have called every photo place I can think of none of them take a photo of that size.
What do you suggest.?

Thank you
Pat

Pat, you cannot use it. The required photo should be a recently-taken bareheaded one against a light background (size: 48mm x 33mm).
