About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

my flight is HK-Guangzhou (48 hours)- HK-Los Angeles (connecting flights)

you think I am eligible for the visa free?

You do not qualify because HK-Guangzhou-HK obviously isn't a transit. So you must apply for a Chinese visa in advance.
