Arriving in Pudong airport en leaving from Wusongkou International Cruise Port

I arrive in Pudong airport and leave Shanghai the next day (30 hours later) through Wusongkou International Cruise Port. After 5 days I'll be back from the cruise tour and fly back home the same day. I'm a EU-reident. Can I apply for the 144-hours China Transit visa?
