About:Guangzhou Taxi & Water Bus

15 hours in Guangzhou - how and what to see/do?

Arriving at Baiyun at 6.30am, and departing from same at 9pm - nearly 15 hours. Have a visa. What can I do, see some points in the town, little shopping, and lunch. And be back safely at least 3 hours before departure.
Or is there enough things to do/see/shop etc at the airport itself!!!
